Delete your Caire account

You can delete your account and everything stored with it from inside the Caire app. You do not need to email us or call anyone.

In the app

  1. Open Caire and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile, then Settings.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  4. Read what will be removed, then tap Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your chats, your reflections and journal entries, your mood history, your assessment results, your health summaries and any wearable connections. None of it can be restored afterwards.

Nothing is touched for the first 24 hours, so you can cancel from the same screen if you change your mind. After that your account is deleted and the rest is removed from our systems within 30 days. We keep a dated record that the deletion happened, with your identifiers stripped out, because data protection law requires us to be able to show it. Backups and operational logs are removed on a rolling schedule once the deletion workflow completes.

If you cannot open the app

Email contact@caire.dev from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.
