Building the infrastructure to measure mental health
Caire reads your check-ins and the health data you choose to share. It measures how you are doing against your own baseline, shows what may be affecting it and suggests practical changes to try. Caire does not diagnose or treat. Our mission is mental health infrastructure for every individual.
Understand a change and act on it
Caire brings together the health signals, daily check-ins and reflections you choose to share. It shows patterns against your personal baseline, suggests a relevant behavioural intervention and helps you follow what changes afterwards.
You can talk things through with Caire in the app. Its AI chat uses your scores and recent check-ins for context, with practical next steps including breathing, grounding, mindfulness and journalling. For ongoing strain or significant concerns, it encourages professional support.
A place in everyday life
A short check-in gives people a simple reason to return and understand how they are doing, before they decide they need formal care. This is how we aim to make support approachable for more people, alongside existing care and employee assistance programmes.
Where medicine meets computation
Our founders met at Imperial College London while one was in medical school and the other was starting his PhD in computational acceleration in high energy physics, working with CERN. The medical founder went on to practise across psychiatry and acute medicine.
That combination shapes our work: understanding the person behind the signals, making sense of complex data and turning insight into a useful next step.
