Everything that shapes how you feel
Mental health is shaped by dozens of signals. Caire brings them together.
The cost of doing nothing
See what poor mental health is already costing you
Deloitte puts the bill at £51bn a year across UK employers. Most of it is people at work and struggling, not people off sick, which is why it never shows up in an absence report. Move the sliders to see your share of it.

Why Caire
Support people can return to every day
Spot strain before it grows
A rising load score shows the week is heavier than your baseline while there is still time to respond.
A routine that keeps people engaged
A short check-in gives people a low friction way into mental health support, before they decide they need an EAP or clinician.
Guidance that leads somewhere
Talk to Caire in the app. Its AI chat uses your scores and recent check-ins to help you understand changes and explore next steps, including breathing, grounding, journalling and support resources.
Private by design
Your employer does not see your scores, chats or health data. You choose which sources to connect and can manage or delete your account data.

What happens after Caire measures mental health?
Caire explains patterns in the data you choose to share, recommends practical interventions and helps you follow changes over time. You can talk to its AI chat in the app, with your scores and recent check-ins providing context. Next steps include breathing, grounding, mindfulness, journalling and professional support when appropriate.
Who is Caire for, and how does it fit into daily life?
Caire is being built to help individuals. Short daily check-ins and optional health connections offer a simple way to understand changes and explore support before a problem feels serious. No wearable is required.
Does Caire replace an EAP or a clinician?
Caire can complement an employee assistance programme with everyday insight and practical support. It encourages professional help for ongoing or significant concerns, but does not diagnose conditions, match people with clinicians or book appointments.
What happens if someone needs crisis support?
If the chat detects language suggesting a crisis, Caire brings local crisis and emergency contacts to the foreground. Detection can miss a crisis. Caire cannot call services or contact someone on your behalf and does not replace emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
Can my employer see my personal data?
Your employer does not see your individual scores, chats or health data. You choose which sources to connect. Reporting to partner organisations uses group figures, subject to privacy safeguards. Our privacy policy explains access, retention and account deletion.
